At Innkeeper’s, your safety is our priority and we want your stay to be as safe and comfortable as possible, and so in line with Government guidelines, we have made some changes to our hotel and restaurants.
We’re trying to make our check-in process as quick and contact-free as possible. Over the coming weeks we’ll introduce more ways to pay for your room in advance and options to complete your registration details before you arrive. Social distancing will be in place at check-in, so please be considerate to our teams and other guests when you arrive.
We have always had a high standard of cleaning and the cleanliness of our hotels remains a priority for us. You’ll find hand sanitiser in public areas, we’ve upgraded the cleaning products used in our hotels and our housekeeping teams have been provided with face masks when needed. We have removed some items from communal areas and also in our rooms, like extra pillows, for the safety of our teams and guests.
We will still provide a smaller number of complimentary toiletries for our guests, but we encourage you to bring your own, which is also better for the environment.
Food and Drink
Due to social distancing measures, the number of guests allowed in our pubs and restaurants at one time has been reduced. We ask all guests who would like to dine with us to book their table in advance, you can do this through the website of the associated pub or restaurant you’re staying with. Guests staying with us can take food and drink from the restaurant back to eat in the hotel room too, where you’ll also still find complimentary tea and coffee.
Our breakfast will now be provided as a prepared take-away service. A take-away bag will typically include a muffin, a breakfast bar, a piece of fruit and water, subject to items being available. Unlimited tea and filter coffee are available to enjoy in the restaurant during breakfast hours. Due to a limited number of take-away cups available, any hot drinks you would like to take away must be done in your own reusable cup. An additional range of coffees can also be purchased at the bar, we are only accepting contactless payment for these.
To minimise contact, we have key drop-off boxes in our receptions, and we can email any invoices after your stay.
If you have any Covid-19 symptoms before your stay with us, you must inform us in advance, as we cannot allow you to stay. If you develop symptoms during your stay, you must inform a member of our team immediately. We can not allow any guests to book our hotels to self-isolate.
