Room Prices
All room prices are per room, per night, and are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%. The room price includes a continental style buffet breakfast. Any other meals taken are not included in the room price and must be paid for separately. Reservations may be made up to one year in advance. We periodically review our room prices and we will tell you of any change from the published rates before you book. If you make a reservation more than one month in advance, the quoted room price may change before the date of your stay.

We will endeavour to inform you of any price increases, however Innkeeper’s Lodge reserve the right to charge the current room price on the day of arrival. If the price of the room has increased by the time you come to stay at an Innkeeper’s Lodge, you will be entitled to cancel your reservation without charge (even if you arrive after 1pm). For an up-to-date room price, please contact Room Reservations on 0870 243 0500 or your chosen Innkeeper’s Lodge. Innkeeper’s Lodge strictly forbids the “selling on” of rooms at an inflated price by a third party. In such cases bookings will be automatically cancelled.

Room Requirements
Innkeeper’s Lodge will make every possible effort to ensure that our guests’ requirements are met, however all rooms are subject to availability. We apologise in advance if your particular requirements cannot be met.

Family Rooms

The full charge of the booking will be applied in the event that room residency is curtailed within the duration of the minimum stay restriction.
