If you need to amend or cancel your reservation, you can now do this online, simply complete the form on the left handside of this screen. Bookings made by telephone can also be amended and cancelled online. However, if your reservation is for more than 4 rooms, please call Room Reservations*.

Any amendments to your reservation must be made before 1pm on the day of arrival. Any amendments made after this time will result in a charge for one night's accommodation per room booked.

Cancellations
Any cancellations must be made by 1pm on the day of arrival. For cancellations past this time, please call Room Reservations. Failure to cancel a reservation, or cancellation after 1pm on the arrival date, will result in a charge for one night's accommodation per room booked.

For all cancellations, online or through Room Reservations, a reference number will be given and should be kept for reference.
